turn 5 was definitely what killed me. i REALLY needed art of war, or another patroller. obviously the game plan was base rush with grounded guide and virtuosos.

also at the end i was PRAYING for generals hammer and brick theif, but no such luck with a loaded deck like i had.

Yeah, T5 was the turning point for sure. Maybe it would’ve been better to give up on Oni at that point? Or if you were really set on base damage, maybe tech the General’s Hammers a turn earlier than you did? I guess it would’ve been a hectic finish either way.
