Looks like a great start so far. Garth, skeleton, haunt is hard to break, and Deteriorate next turn. I can throw skeleton in Scavenger to get good value or let myself build skeletons up. I can even consider Skeletal Archery next turn! although probably early.
Should be able to keep tempo and swing in hard with Immortals, which Red can’t answer.

Okay, time to turn the tables. Drakk, Bloodlust, PBR. 6 gold. I wipe both heroes and gain 4 levels on Drakk. I also have the space to break my tower and build a tech lab into Present. I lose Drakk to Maxband Zane here (8 gold) but that doesn’t leave room for anything else and Zane dies to Shoddy Glider (or dies to Garth maxband Tricycloid, even better).

There are a few ways I can break Tech 3, and I don’t think it’s worth it to push a lot of base damage yet, since I can’t capitalize on it with what’s in my deck. My only other question is whether it’s better to take out Tech 2 or Tech 3. I think Tech 3 has the more immediate threat; Fire Tech 3 doesn’t have much in the way of immediate response besides Bamstamper, and there’s only one Bamstamper possible in Bomber’s hand. So, then, the methods. I can Shoddy Geiger flicker Shoddy, but that wastes a flicker and is really inefficient. I can shoddy to kill Lizzo, then Garth into Tricycloid to ping Tech 3 twice and Dog once. This leaves me with a 3/3 on board as well as two maxband heroes, and I can even eat a skeleton to draw a card. Drawing a card also lets me potentially draw into other good stuff like Crashbarrow. Let’s midband Garth first then.

I did also get really lucky when you drew Bamstamper on a turn that netted minimal value! Overall it was a really narrow squeak and I need to work on that opening game. You came out strong with the punishes. Staring down a BRO and Jaina in response to my turn 1 was spooky!
I feel like fetching Tricycloid was the turn that Present really worked to justify itself in my Codex, having that board swinging potential was so important.
