It was an insanely lucky draw that I didn’t deserve; I should have teched a second copy of him to increase my chances, but didn’t think to do so. It seems like Truth vs. Growth is just a race to see whether Growth can clear the board before Macciatus lands, and I’ve had ridiculously good draw luck here. GG WP.

im down to keep going though. i can at least feel good that i was on the right track. lmk.

Sure, I could use the practice. I do think Truth vs. Growth are pretty evenly matched, with each capable of shutting down the other hard, but I don’t know if Green has a more reliable option. Personally, I would try countering Truth with Balance at least once to see how it plays out. Those Potent Basilisks in particular look like they would be troublesome to deal with.

ANNNNNDDDDD ill gg it there. with the weird opening split i took a risk and it did not pay of one bit. im going to need a break here. green struggles since blue has such cheap ways to counter green tech 1/spells.

GG. I was shocked to see a Tech II unit land on turn 3, but the Rhino was too vulnerable to crowd control to be a reliable patroller. Thanks for playing, those were some very interesting games. I agree Green is easier for Blue to deal with than most other monocolors, as it mostly focuses around building a powerful army and Blue mostly focuses on locking down what the opponent has in play.
