@ARMed_PIrate Did I understand this correctly, that void blocker would have returned to play (or my discard?) if she returned to max and then died?

If she returned to max and then died, it would return to play under your control. But if she died before that - it would never return to play even if she was later played, maxed etc.

It did return to play on my last turn! I wanted to avoid that and leave it permanently trashed, but I just didn’t have enough cash, so I had to re-max her to sideline that pesky Crypt Crawler, which meant VB came back.
