Let’s see if this deck can actually work! If I’m being honest, Blood + two Blue specs is probably better for the essence of Blue/Red tempo that I’m trying to channel, but a goofy theme is a goofy theme, and I had to try Red/White/Blue with a fun teapots gimmick.
First game with Blue starter, let’s see how it goes. Next turn, I want to spend a max of 2 gold. Of my possible plays, Porkhand seems like a good way to start keeping the pressure off. Also, I can totally screw up petE’s initial tech with that card draw.
Workered the Flagbearer without thinking too much, then realized after playing the turn that was really dim.
Arrest, Bloodlust, Kidnapping, Insurance Agent…!!!

P2 monocolour vs P1 multicolour gives me an early econ advantage. Combine with his expensive Porkhand and $1 to arrest, putting me well ahead on board.

Cleanup with all my board surviving thanks to Safe Attacking + Sensei’s Advice.
Given all that healing, I don’t think that’s something I can bounce back from, so I’ll concede here. I think I have a lot to learn about playing Blue starter and about playing vs White.
Okay, let’s start out by remedying my mistake from the first game: not respecting the power of Spectral Aven. Grave is safe since Smoker bounces from Fortune Cookie. Seems like a good start.

Spectral Aven could be annoying, as I’ve nothing before Tech2 that can target-pop if it doesn’t patrol. But I can keep it from doing too much damage by levelling Rook, and look to play Birds asap to block. With hero kill here should keep enough board advantage to make it hard for him to hold on to a Newsman naming 2. Teching Birds Nest and Nimble Fencer.

Okay! Gonna setup a mean situation where petE has to sink more gold into Rook or else lose him. Next turn, Drakk can boost Aven and Porker for extra damage.
Rambasa builds a board, Reversal is a reasonable way to deal with key targets. Scribe will be nice if petE keeps floating gold, Kidnapping is a good way to deal with healed-up units.
Ugh, I dunno what’s going on. I tried to shuffle with a stash, and it threw an error at me. I copied the info into the new version of the spreadsheet, and now it won’t shuffle my teched cards into the deck. I’ll try and see if I can fix it, but it might be a bit.
