while i could kill vandy, it’s costly and we’ll probably also get theiving imped even lower on cards. instead lets leave all my out of hand damage hidden and put a fargo and use this weird opening to easily protect a growing board… fairly sure if i draw battlesuits Vandy is defo dead next turn if they also wasnt to tech up, just NC maybe not but still possible pretty sure, let’s tech a stewardess either way since they surely have to play a unit next turn post draw: man am i drawing well this game, vandy is definitely dying

considering the high chance of them having at least one of sac the weak and deterioate, only way to stop a double tech break is offer up hive to a mimic + shadow blade… it’s a choice between double tech break and keep hive or single and lose hive :(:frowning: gotta keep the hive in that choice for TDs

Nice, I can kill the Hive with Taxman + stealthy Mimic, leaving me with enough gold for maxband Vandy + Midori + HH, threatening a 3 hero Meta next turn.
But first, let’s see if I can draw Fairie Dragon, which would let me kill Hive + break tech 2.

I did draw the Fairie Dragon, but I also drew Deteriorate, which makes for a much cheaper kill. This is a good spot to be in.

Well this is embarrassing…
@Dreamfire I’ve made a mistake with my teching, in that last turn I accidentally added an Undo to my deck when I meant to add an Origin Story… I literally had the picture and concept of origin story in my head but selected the wrong card, in fact i got as far as writing “Undo Vandy” for this turn before realising I’d got the wrong name :sweat:
Considering I wouldn’t even want an Undo when your deck’s whole thing in Balance is hasty mimics, would you be okay if I retcon my tech choice for what I actually meant to tech?
Obviously completely fine if not, this is tourney and I’ll happily play on, but i thought it worth asking!

The mistake obviously wouldn’t happen with physical cards, though I’ve made similar errors with my tts game state; I teched what I wanted there and wrote the wrong thing here! If I were the judge I’d allow it, but just my opinion.
