GG WP! Really exciting game. You got my hands tied and I thought I couldn’t keep up with Truth engine. Newsman blocking arrest was well timed. I totally didn’t expect Final Showdown either. :crazy_face:

Well played! I didn’t prepare for Tiny Basilisks properly, and it showed. I’ve got mixed feelings about Final Showdown. It would probably have worked better if I’d gone for it later, but it did let me take delay your Tech II units coming out. I was probably better off going for a Dreamscape or a Mythmaking to protect Macciatus, though. And I needed a Tech Lab up to use DeGrey against those Stingers, but I completely forgot.

I think Final Showdown was a good try. You recovered pretty fast with illusions. Your assessment about my lack of targeting spells/abilities was spot on and with newsman blocking 2, I would be almost completely out of options to deal with the illusions until tech ii. So, early Tiger before Whisperer was a good move I think. If you killed TB or two instead of Hive, I think that would’ve wrecked me pretty good.
