Thoughts
Well, I lose if he has gunships, probably win if he doesn’t. With only two tech cycles seems unlikely he has anything but peace and gunships

So, you had a 60% chance to get one or both gunships, so it was a reasonable gambit. If you had played out chump blockers, vandy, imp and skeleton based on your hand, and managed to hit my glorious ninja with imp, AND use sac the weak to kill a twin, I would only have 3 attackers to your 3 defenders. Breaking your tech 3 would have been a challenge, probably requiring using the sword and having grappling hook or snapback. And even then, its not certain I would have gotten it down the following turn with a nearly guaranteed midori peace. That said, hidden ninja could have ruined your day too.
