Maybe this says more about me, but I tend to treat statistical balance analysis as extremely circumstantial and often disagree with the conclusions drawn from the data

The data only shows what people have done in the past. If you come up with a more effective play style with a character, you can outperform existing data. That said, the odds of that get lower the more data you’ve collected.
