If you had a T-Rex that turn, things would continue - I think I could deal with it/them depending on what you blew up, and how the draws lined up. Anything short of that I would probably be able to power through whatever else you might play, and be able to break your Tech III this turn, and then Earthquake next turn for the tech lock.

Thoughts
Well, killing Grave is totally a thing I could do Dunno if it is worth it, cause he is just bolting to tech 2 next turn without breaking much of a sweat.I could try to do my own tech 2, put down Ironbark, get decimated by grave, and theres the fact there is very certainly a grave spell in that first tech cycle. Eh, what the hell, delay tech 2 again
Saving all his gold for a big tech 2 play, sigh. And I don’t have anything big to respond with This game felt over when he slaughtered my treant for free.

So, Circle into what: Anything other than potent, he uses sword, potent, he kills with dragon. Play my whole hand, for 3+3+2+2 gold, means no worker, gets me a Centaur, Tech 2 something and midori, with no real plan for any future turns. Alternately maxband Arg + centaur just to throw up bodies and figure my board gets cleared anyway. Oh and then there is snapback… Yea…

Something with an Arg spell and a Tech 2 threat like another spell or a tech 2 unit.
I mean, you aren’t fully dead here, but killing Grave doesn’t progress your board much, or present a dragon defense, and Training Grounds plus 2nd dragon is going to do a ton of damage.
