Pretty sure he’ll head for Blood Tech II, as Drakk is happiest when throwing hasted Land Octopuses at you. I’ve decent answers, though – Injuction to shut down Tech II, Moment’s Peace to stop his units attacking, Mimics to steal haste, and max Midori to fly over and kill Drakk.
