Does anyone remember a guide – might have been on the old forum – about how not to get ‘blown out’ on turn 2, i.e., getting your hero or entire board murdered because you didn’t play around a starter deck combat trick?
This is something that really hurts brand new players; losing your board because you didn’t know Grappling Hook or Manufactured Truth even existed, then being behind on tempo until you lose is a really rough first experience.

As a thank-you (and because it of course deserves to be there too) I’ll add your historical data thread.
I’d never come across it before but now that I’ve read some of it i’m already slightly excited to see how it judges my player skill once I’ve taken part in a few more tournaments!
I’ve removed the Tabletopia link, since Codex is no longer on there. According to Sirlin, Tabletopia never payed royalties, so SG removed it.
Edited one of the CAWS 2019 links to CAMS 2019 since there was a duplicate CAWS 2019 and missing CAMS 2019 link.

And I included the tournament tracker template with the penalty algorithm for more or less automatically creating the pairings
