Slowly, I’m whittling his heroes down… However, my base HP is such that I literally can’t allow a Metamorph to happen, or I will straight up lose. I lucked into a Jurisdiction here, he can still clear my patrol but he has to take Vandy damage to do it! Also since he’s holding Metamorph, Censorship Council next turn for me means he’ll have a hard time getting it back without grabbing it with Vandy midband, which slows his ability to go right at me at least somewhat. Hopefully I can use the time it buys to get another Free Speech off and generate some econ advantage with Insurance Agents!
