See above =) My problem in most games so far has been closing so I might as well give it a shot here, even in such a bad spot
Codex is just such a hard game.

Oh man, that was a GREAT hand for coming at me, you didnāt even have to give up a unit to kill Rook!
Like I said, very close game that I think you pretty easily win now, but I will heed my own advice and gut it out to see what I can make of this bad situation!

[details=My Thoughts]
Too much board for him, GG XD
[/details]
Can I just post the series of actions I can win with rather than the whole post? My board is so tedious to type out now.
Yes absolutely, itās customary for a āwin gameā post to only have the gold-spending and attack steps necessary to finish. I am curious to see it, though as I said I was fairly certain you had it, but if itās too much trouble to type out donāt sweat it, you earned a W and I already āsoft-concededā
Tech 0 card(s)
Collect Gold + Float - (20)
Polymorph:Squirrel your Flagbearer - (17)
Play Giant Panda, it arrives with a wisp - (14)
Trigger Blooming Ancient twice (3 Runes) - (14)
Play Centaur - (11)
Triger Blooming Ancient (4 Runes) - (11)
Blooming Ancient (6/6, 4 +1 Runes) puts a Crumbling Rune on Rook - (11)
Move 3 runes to the already buffed Wisp, making it (6/5, 5 +1 Runes) - (11)
That Wisp takes out Rook, level Arg twice - (11)
Everything else that is available and non-flying attacks your base for what I believe is 14 dmg - (11)
Ah, I hate to be a party pooper but as I snuck in my turn posting, moving runes is not an option until you eliminate the Flagbearer still, you clearly have enough to do it
I teched horrendously to start this game off, and it continually bit me. My white player two is clearly rusty XD You played well, made good trades, and threatened tech 3 appropriately, though I do think a little more tech 2 units (and the basilisks in particular) are very important for you in this matchup against Rook! He is hard to deal with otherwise, with Greenās lack of direct hero removal like Origin Story or Snapback, or means to keep him off two lives / earthquake like Free Speech or Nether Drain.
Happy to run it back or play another matchup again, fun game!
I removed it with a polymorph
Aha I missed that line! No abilities, well played XD
I am going to wait until I am a bit deeper in my other game before starting a second, the board gets so murky with this deck that itās hard to swap between the two with my cards.
I had always planned to Circle of Life into the basilisks so didnāt want to tech them in, but each turn I would have done this I ended up finding a better line and just leaving the birds alone. Basilisk was definitely on my mind though
