Tech advantage, going to get a garrison up with some board I hope, and then spiral out of control for him
@James omg, after looking at the card description again, just realized that I haven’t been discarding cards for Martial Mastery… this put me at a card advantage for the last two turns… So sorry about this. I can go back to T4 but I’ve already looked at your hands.
@bansa no problem, it happens! Maybe just discard a card on your next couple of turns to make up for it, do you think that would balance it out? Or else we can just carry on. Also, Grave should be on 1 health I think, as he would have taken one from my elite training’d newsman and one from the tower?

Upward spiral - need to keep some way to deal with those dragons though. Jurisdiction an elite training seems legit.
@bansa Huh oops I must have missed typing that in. OK, same play, no Traffic director (patrol Building Inspector instead) and no rune on sergeant at end of turn.

@James GG! Your army is getting out of control haha. Your blue is strong, and man I’m struggling with White. I would be down to play more blue vs white matches if you are okay. I want to try more things with White if you are enjoying Blue or we can switch colors like we did with Red/Green. Your choice!
@bansa GG! Yes I felt my blue was strong there despite not knowing it well I will give Purple a go if it is OK, and you can keep trying White. You first!
@James I’ve only played Codex with my in-law until I met you so my experience is very limited, but he and I thought Blue was the strongest color and Blue starter was preferred when we randomized our decks. But the consensus on this forum sounds like the opposite? Was interesting to see what the world thinks outside of our kitchen table. Purple sounds good! I will continue playing White.
I have always found blue variable and a bit tricky, if you fall behind early on I am never sure what to do. Onimaru is just such a good hero though, I think he makes the starter deck for me! P2T1

I did not enjoy this opening hand! I think this is the only way to prevent a grappling hook hero kill…
