i have tech draw, Vir peek and even Vir midband if i think it’s worth it to try and get a reaver… tech draw origin story, peek… temporal research, could swap for that and draw two, or midband Vir and tap to use it? i have a better idea… after hyperion draw i peek again with 2/3 chance… yay! swap hive into deck for next turn

eugh such inefficient use of reavers but it’s only way i can keep Max alive and get tech 2 down Im scared of their economy but should be able to wittle their base down until it comes in omegacron range and I can distortion one in

Ah i figured i was missing something… i dont play purple much so forgot about that part :smile: yup that will do it. GG!

Origin story was a well timed draw admittedly but i did have 2 of them in deck. GG that was a fun game, as you saw I all but threw in the towel at the double tech break and wall of tech one units! Fuzz cuddles was a good combo with safe attacking too now that it has a bit more brawn.

On the purple changes: Vir midband being one level lower was nice as his stats r still poor at midband
the enhanced time rune manipulation was really fun as it made a few very situational/unused cards playable (i have personally never used a reaver in any of many Purple games before)
Hyperion would have traded anyway where it did, no new info there

Yeah first time seeing reaver in play for me as well. Reavers are super scary now with the new tweaks :slight_smile: could be a game ender like old blooming ancient.

I see the comparison to BA, in that they have just enpugh effect turn 1 to keep them on the board, and turn two their value starts rocketing

My impression just off these two games is that Purple is now rather good, I can’t tell if the new options of KotC and Reaver and Sentry (which before were situational at best) are Better than the old best options or just new equally viable options

Definitely down for more games, if you’re up for a multi colour I’ll be Truth/Demon/Strength; otherwise, monoBlue. You pick a deck and you might as well go first so we can get the gane started, as we’ll likely do a rematch anyway :slight_smile:
