don’t feel great about vandy vs rook. so that is out the door. wish i had imp or jandra in this first hand. and wish i had deterioreate on T2. that being said, my three options are finesse engine, terras q, or skeleton hoard. lets go skeletons and see what happens. i suppose i can pivot if i see him try and direct counter with a tech 2 strength, etc…

looks like he wiffed the brogre/bombaster. run haunt into mad man for the even trade. Sk 1 to sql, sk 2 to tech (in case he drops rambaster to clear it. even with charge, he won’t be able to get at garth this turn (knowing that mad man if off the table) not that it matters because i dont want garth spells just yet.


i think that pbr and garth making a skeleton is a little better than summon skeletons. nets me an extra attack, and PBR is a nice goodie to threaten rook (armor pierce low key really valuable).

teching the double BC since they trade well, patrol well, and build my little skeleton army. hoping to use a deteriorate or STW to get around a possible sql taxman.

ill drop archery when it feels right. let’s see how long he waits to build a tower, could be as early as next turn. i might be able to swing hard one turn with these guys to net enough value.

well, looks like that evened out. i don’t feel comfortable to tech up while he has that board. i need eto be able to swing back at him hard next turn to reduce any shinanigans. im expecting a BA, then dump some runes to rambaster. fortunately he doesnt have enough gold to do everything at ones next turn. AND no birds for at least one turn.

as for me, ill need to tech up next turn, drop the liches bargain…see where we go from there.

well, zane and surprise attack incoming. molac will be active, but hopefully i have enough to respond.

his next turn could look like gg 9, zane, 7, surprise attack, 2, hit my stuff to activate molac, tech 0 unit. (0)

NOTE, if i dont put Sk’s in elite, he can’t trade zane, and therefore, can’t drop rook out there all boosted by molac…good thing mad man and rambaster are safely in discard for me.

ill just put 4 sk’s out there to be safe and tech doomgrasp to deal with molac’d hero’s. also bring a second Sk Lord to boost it all. . next turn, i can run TLB, BC, BC into whatever he has and start running his base down. also, horror helps for efficient trades on molac’d items. with any luck, i’ll be able to actaully win next turn.

hmm, i can activate molac, but would end with no patrol if you have sac, or just one if you don’t. Can’t prevent you from trambling my base next turn, so GG @FrozenStorm

hmmm, im not sure what i would have done differently. it looks like we both whiffed our turn 3 for tech 1 units, but i was able to pay up to dig for it. that could be a contributing factor? i see you teched thunderclap as well. given you didnt use it, maybe swap that out for something? im so bad at post-game assessment, ill let other more qualified people contribute their thoughts.

yeah, imo tclap was a mistake, but i simply misread (not so much) your early game. I expected you sawrming with skellies and archery if you read my thoughts. In hindsight, imo 2 taxman would have been better, but hindsight is cheap XD
