It seems this game is finally at an end.
With no free speech in hand and three damage short of lethal, the potential to prevent you from getting Oni out but then having no flying blockers, I think Iā€™ve finally run out of tricks.

I canā€™t do that dave. But with full knowledge of his hand, I think itā€™s provable that you can neither win this turn, nor survive the next turn:
You would have to blow up 3 buildings to prevent Oni from killing you, and also have to block patriot gryphon and Air Hammer, without using birds. That requires 5 fliers, and you can only produce 3.
