Um, @EricF? I just realized that my T4 tech is illegal because it’s a third copy of the card. Dunno what was going through my head, but I just noticed on the tracking spreadsheet.

No, it’s still recent. Just replace it with something else and re-draw your T4 hand.
@EricF I don’t like that ruling. He’s already seen my Tech II spec, and now he is permitted to swap out a card from his deck with that information.
