Ok, he went all in on cards, which i was hoping wouldnt happen. That could be good for me, because it means he is pretty much guaranteed to max Midori and break my tech 1, so Doom Grasp will come to the rescue, hopefully. I will have 7g, plus maybe scav, doom grasp is 2+4+sac… I should have something to sac, or I will have scav bonus to make something to sac. My bigger problem is the inevitable tech 2 growth. If I can keep up the pressure, maybe I can slow him down enough…

Although I fear some Bloodlust or StW to get rid of my Tfoot, let’s build the Surplus.
No cards --> no Tech II cards --> loosing the game
I also fear some Deteriorate on Tfoot, which would let him kill her with one unit and finish Midori with the other. But I really need cards… Anyway, if he has StW in hand, he can kill Midori.

Well, I guess he saw that doom grasp coming. So now its a question of, go for Tech 2 now or delay and clear his board. and grab some spells… Ways I can clear the board: Drakk at lvl 4 5g, Garth + Sac the weak, 4g. With Garth I can spend one more and get a draw. With Drakk I have a maxband Drakk for extra fun next turn. If I don’t delay, Midori could destroy my tech 2, but still doesn’t build his own. If he destroys my tech 2, then I am stuck with the hero I play next to my tech 2. Or I could not put out a hero yet… which means I won’t get to attack with that hero next turn.

Sadly, Crashbarrows are coming… If he has only 1 Crashbarrow in hand, I might make my Surplus live 1 more turn. Deteriorate, Kidnapping, Midband Drakk… So dangerous. I don’t think Surplus will survive. Anyway, if he attacks Surplus, Midori will live.

Doom Grasp is a very annoying spell for my build !
I hesitated to maxband Midori to destroy your Tech II but you might have Doom Grasped him very easily…
I kept being shocked you didn’t maxband midori to destroy my stuff. The first time made sense, but the second time you hit my base instead of my tech 2, I think that was a mistake, especially when later the brick thief could have destroyed my tech 2. Also rebuilding Surplus after it was destroyed seems like a big error. 10g could have done a lot of things, I feel. Most notably an earlier Tech 2. Flagbearer has some use, I suppose, but on any turn you would want to setup flagbearer to protect a maxband midori, you are likely not protecting the flagbearer from other threats, like sac the weak.
