Thoughts

Can Sac the Weak for a nice start. His next turn - probably has Sensei and will hero and tech I. Which hero do I want then? If he doesn’t use rook, a max Vandy could score a kill next turn… but not to much purpose. An Orpal could mess with rook a bit. Garth would give me a skeleton to block with, which is generically nice. Probs Garth.

Thoughts

Where’s he going? Birds? Fencers? With either of those, abominations are good to end up with. Big heroes - Doom grasp and Orpal stuff. Heroes’ hall indicated this. Plague spitters actually cover both heroes and birds, and are big enough to give fencers pause. So with a tech II plan, I shall defend for now, making sure to remember Rook’s charge past stuff ability.

I don’t normally write about my turn options, but this one is important so I want to write it out, mostly for myself.
I can either Snapback+Tech 2+skip worker, and setup for Earthquake. Or I can snapback+tech 2+worker and not have earthquake next turn, but be in a slightly better position. Or I can not snapback and risk getting Garth’d, or I can not build Tech 2 and have the potential of a single dead draw, while still threatening earthquake. Hmm… I think I’ll not Tech 2 this turn. Will I play Sensei?
No. And I am rewarded.
