Yeah, I could do that. So, player 7 would be the top of the 3rds, and player 8 would be the playin of the other 2 3rds. Seems good.

The one on the left shows me LA time and Paris time when I hover over it, the one on the right shows me both of those and New York time. I’m assuming Paris time is meant to be a stand-in for UTC.
As another test, here’s the release date and time of the digital version of Xenoblade Definitive Edition in North America for no particular reason: 2020-05-29T05:00:00Z
So, that shows me New York time by default, plus EST, Paris, and LA in the drop-down. EU folks, does it show your native TZ by default?
It does for me. Left shows London, Paris and LA, right shows London, New York, Paris and LA

I suspect scheduling matches will go out after the play-in match is done.
