[Tournament] Solo Shodown II - Ongoing

Solo Shodown II

Rules

  • Double elimination
  • Best of 5 (first player to win 3 games wins the match)
  • Medium timer
  • Double KO is a win for both players, unless it would cause one player to win the match. In that case, it counts as a win for the player not on match-point. If both players are on match-point, then replay the game.
  • Matches will be played weekly!
  • No EX characters
  • Match Pick Rules
    • Players pick a single character (publicly, or by PM to the TO). They play that character in all games during the tournament.

Signups open until Jan 30, first round match invites will go out on Jan 31st.

I played a lot with consent of the governed, almost only on hit confirm after a normal
I didn’t leave degrey :knockdown: that much I preferred to max the damages
this was a really fun set, thanks ! :slight_smile:

This is normally my favorite matchup in the game, but it feels a lot more oppressive if the DeGrey player only draws two queens and zero jokers the entire set (and especially so if Quince gets pretty much every possible joker). Still enjoyable, though!
