Dreadlands, R6: @ArthurWynne vs. variable:
: After falling behind to a quite patient ArthurWynne, me and Quince are surprised to find that our opponent’s Arg lacked a heck of bursts!
: I was able to sidestep the really scary stuff that is possible in this matchup. :o But, I do encounter my fair share of situations… In fact, the game becomes quite real starting on turn two - when Quonce’s ship could have been evaporated! He keeps sailing on though, and manages to draw well enough to set up a messed up lethal Patriot Mirror…! :o
: This was a back-and-fourth Yomise! Reads appeared to be real, but, instead… It was greed, the sibling of reads! My 9 throw met ArthurWynne’s wakeup True-Spark Arc! My Internal Yomialyzer, designed by Dr. Yomi, continued to process the good doctor’s patented valuation and range algorithm intermittently - instead of constantly - causing me to miss several important details! :o Why would that have happened? Why play this there? However, I was sent a software update from the future which allowed my Quonce to Quance properly when it mattered most! Yes, despite 's immense bravery - we also dodge those!
variable wins, 3-0.
Thanks for being understanding with me about scheduling, ArthurWynne! I wish ye the best in the rest of IYL6 & ye other events!!
