Thoughts

[spoiler]Two different ways I could approach this turn. Really wish I had like 12 gold. I am scared of the Basilisk killing something I don’t want it to next turn. I could cast polymorph on it but it will cost 5 since I have to summon Arg and it feels like a waste to do that and not be able to kill it. I could also Summon Arg and Spirit of the Panda the wisp or the Poison Blade Rogue or the Imp from the Graveyard.

The other way is to play Hyperion, which is the route I went. What I decide to do during the turn kind of depends on if I draw Now! from the attacks. It’s the only spell I can afford and I could attack with the Pestering Haunt and have be able to kill the Centaur instead of the Shambler (I’ll also bust my Graveyard.). Hopefully all of this will help me able to start pressuring him more. Not sure about what tech 2 shenanigans I should be scared of though, probably flying. Just like my other match I’m not workering because I need the money, and am scared that I will lose to tech 3.

[spoiler]I didn’t draw Now! So I just workered the Haunt. I drew Temporal Distortion, so if Geiger is still alive I can use it after I bring the Hyperion back. Need to get some anti-air.

I thought it better to patrol Geiger than kill the Shambler. He’ll have to attack me with both or use extra stuff from his hand to get rid of me.

I think I should have played the Immortal first instead of the Hyperion. Having them around every turn would be super nice. I teched spells this time instead of things I may not be able to play or not teching at all.

As soon as you Polymorph the Centaur, it dies from the 1 damage token on it. You can attack something else with Arg, or patrol him, and then @CarpeGuitarrem will have to re-do his turn 7

(and both of you will re-draw your next-turn hands)
