Arg! Well, at least this time I can easily fix things around. Iāll swap the buffs between Water Elemental and Calamandra, so Arg will buff Water Elemental and Forestās Favor on Cal.
EDIT: the immediate impact of this is that Cal takes 1 more damage from Orpal, therefore one more -1/-1.

Water Elemental deals 3 damage to Gorgon and dies (1 rune on MoLaC)
Centaur deals 3 damage to Gorgon and dies, you draw a card from Gorgon, overpower damage to your Tech I (2 runes on MoLaC)
Spore Shambler kills Thieving Imp (+1 gold to you) (3 runes on MoLaC)
Calamandra kills Rambasa Twin, sending it to your codex (4 runes on MoLaC)
Summon Midori and level him to 5, Wisp gains +1/+1 - ($0)
Wisp kills Skeleton Javelineer (5 runes on MoLaC, activating it)
Argagarg kills Jaina, taking 2 damage; Midori levels up twice
Iām pretty sure this is wrong. Cal takes one more damage, but Forestās Favor removes the -1/-1 rune she previously had, so she should still finish with 2 -1/-1 runes, and a 2/3 statline.
Hold on while I figure things out and see if I can still make this work. Iām probably just going to run Cal into a Rambasa Twin and use Wisp to kill the Skeleton Javelineer.
edit: I just realized that your Wisp would still be alive too. But it doesnāt change my turn since it canāt patrol from attacking and dies to the Abom anyway.

So I realized that technically Wisp wouldāve survived thanks to the +1/+1, but Abomination kills it anyway. (Sorry; keeping track of all these buffs and debuffs is tricky!)

I think this is where I concede, actually. Abomination kinda shut me down something fierce! Not even Moss Ancient is enough to let me catch up. I also leaned too heavily on my OTK combo. I got so excited about Moss Ancient buffed by Might of Leaf and Claw that I didnāt sustain myself enough elsewhere. And I had another MoLaC ready to go because of Versatile Style, but eesh I had nothing to earn back those runes with.
Yea the turning point was definitely the VS + abom turn. Felt like I was scrambling to hold on before then. I definitwly need to get better at playing defensively with this team, all my p2 games have been very tough. Thanks for the match!
