It is simultaneous, you can choose which 2 go to hand (as which 2 process first), but the reteller will see all the illusions die (it all happens at once)

I hadnāt thought about copying Hyperions, to be honest. I still think paying 3g and a card to remove your own 5/5 from the board seems to doing a lot of damage to your board position in order to prevent me paying to do something. I donāt think itās an easy call to make as to whether itās the best play or not.

Thoughts
I opted for Mox because as P2 Iāll probably be on th defensive and Mox is good as that. Playing both Mox and Plexus would require skipping a worker, and alternaively I could play tinkerer and plexus and them risk having one of them arrested, the other killed and end up with a worst board position. I could play tech 1 but since I canāt defend it, I think itās best if I take the damage on my base at this stage because Blue is not really very good at rushing, andI expect him to go to his tech 1 comfort zone with cadets, knights and hounds. I place mox in lookout instead of squad leader becase it seems more importat t make sure he doenāt arrest mox, which woul disable mox, than prevent one extra damge on my base or ensure I place on damage on Bigbi who is likely to level and heal eventually.
