As starting hands go, it’s not the greatest. But with an early Battle Suits, I’ll tech in Nature Reclaims - and get Midori out. Who, if he survives and levels (a boy can dream), might actually work well with Tiger Cub?

Hmmm, If I tech 2x Nature Reclaims then play Young Treant I’ve got 2/5 to draw one, and can cast it this turn. If not then I can play Panda or Prospector and potentially still project a powerful presence post this present position… actually, perhaps a particularly promising path would be to prefabricate a Peroes’ Pall.

OK, 1 in 4 of pulling a Moment’s Peace off my deck if I play Young Treant. If it comes out Hooray, if not, I can play Panda for extra bodies. Well. Forest’s Favor. Well now I’m looking at Hyperions and Geiger’s maxband and all the fun stuff Present can do. I think I need to try to wall up, and wait on Tech II for a turn.
This is going to cost me - I won’t be trading favourably anywhere. But no structural damage, hopefully.
Didn’t get to this today, sorry. Impressive turn! I can reveal that I intend to cast Moment’s Peace on my turn to prolong things a bit longer. Hopefully that’ll happen in the next 14 hours or so.

Well this feels somewhat futile. Fully expecting Tricycloids to shoot down Midori, but perhaps it’s worth it just to take Geiger off the board. Should have the chance to get the Bear and Tiger out next turn, which will help beef things up some what, but I have my doubts that it’ll be enough.

Ah geez, I really should GG it there (very well played, tech lab Past? Sneaky sneaky! ), but I can prolong things further with another casting of Moment’s Peace… if there’s a chance of catching up, I think we owe it to the statistical pursuit of this series to play it out.
That is indeed a disappointing interaction between Midori and Cal’s midbands, but glad that to have learnt it when it didn’t end up making a difference! Thanks for the tip @Bryce_The_Rice.
