As mental Codex has no absolute definition, maybe we need to clarify what we do. I guess there won’t be any random at all; but I suggest we still have to choose teched cards as usual, and we choose our next hand at the end of our turn, not at the beginning of the next turn.

the way we had played it before, your hand is never determined. Cards that goto your discard can’t be in your deck until a reshuffle, but otherwise everything is available. So, you can choose what is in your hand at the start of your turn, and you don’t even have to choose everything, just the cards that are actually used or workered. But of course play it how you want :smiley:
