He will certainly build his tech 2 here. Upside is he likely has to max vandy without dooming anything. He can kill my newsman with garth and skeletons, but then he would have very limited defense. Maybe I should patrol in elite to at least kill a skeleton or 2? Kinda want that card though. Chances are good I will draw Macciatus here instead of my next hand, but such is life.

Upon Further consideration, the constant free speech is not really slowing him down enough. I am just forcing him to tech 3 faster than me. Killing the ghoul would require gimping Oni. I wil certainly lose a card next turn. I could lawful search, but there are exactly 2 things I would want to draw, aside from whatever I might tech here. However, if I go ahead and tech 2 art of war, I would at least have a chance, and I won’t be any worse off if I don’t draw it.
