It should be noted that hidden information is usually available because some cards do let you see it so it lets our turns be totally asynchronous (I don’t have to ask to see your hand). In this case I don’t have any such cards except if I tech truth, but it’s something to keep in mind.

Some game slowdown in those few edge cases is an acceptable trade-off; even if you toss aside all concern for future matches, Menelker師匠 would warn against freely exposing a weak point in expectation of an honorable opponent. Were this simply a casual match, I wouldn’t have gone to all the trouble of reporting my turns in two separate channels. But I’ve seen too many cheaters across too many games… once headshot-by-an-aimbotter, twice shy. I do hope my caution doesn’t offend.

For Thieving Imp we usually just pick a random number between 1 and number of cards in hand and I discard based on that. If you’re concerned about cheating on that front you can look back at my hand at the time to ensure I actually discarded the correct card.
