On my turn 7, I may have have planned to tech Banefire but I have written it on my discard pile. And I forgot to Write my other Twilight Baron on my discard. If it’s ok with you, I’ll just change my Banefire to Twilight Baron to avoid confusion. I don’t have any changes for my turn 8. You can edit your turn.

P.S. Can I play my Twilight Baron even if I have tech 2 and/or Tech 3 out, right? The effect is only for playing new units and do not necessarily affect my Tech2/3 units on board, right

That’s fine, thanks for the clarification. I don’t need to change my turn. And yes you can play your Twilight Baron AFTER your Tech 2 units. It just stops you from playing Tech 2s if it’s in play first.
