IsotopeX (Monogreen) Vs. Castanietzsche (Monoblue)

He doesn’t want me to get the patrolling bonuses :smile_cat:

still, even with ur tech 2 dead, the cadet is rlly a good gift.
Also i would have shot the last archon rune on himself to make second chance trigger and have a brand new archon with all runes that next turn will not have fatigue.

yes. u can combo dreamscape and archon/Drill S to have a multi kill unit.
Cuz now all units are illusions

I wasn’t thinking that Ebbflow could self-terminate. Plus, I’m tired and distracted.

he could. Also remember that Second C activates once per turn. So if u resurrected him that way, and casta had stuff like Doom grasp or could use dreamscape+DS, ebbflow would still be resurrected.
@Castanietzsche he had SC active so the stewardess returned after being killed!

Traffic Director is untargetable bro

not that. Stewardess effect is optional so during the opponent turn just fizzles. but the stewardess would be alive at Isotopex turn and could attck.

That is all true. So I’ll have the Stewardess attack the Traffic Director and take a point of damage in the process, Ebbflow Archon has 2 time runes left instead. I think that does the trick. If that looks right I’ll edit my previous post. Unfortunately my Shimmer Ray is still kaput.

For that matter, the Stewardess returning could cycle the Building Inspector back to your hand, in which case my Tech Lab would still be standing…but I think that’s getting crazy with the resets.

no, mate. As i already wrote, if an effect that requires player A chosing (SotP effect is optional) happens during player B turn, it fizzles. Other examples are vandy and garth. If they maxb during opponent turn, maxb effect is lost.

Apologies for the goof, I’ve been traveling for two weeks and my brain isn’t working as it should right now.

I’ve updated my previous post, should be up to date now.

This game is really complex
I don’t think I’ve any chance to win, but as it’s interesting let’s play it until the end :stuck_out_tongue:

dude i totally disagree with ur turn.
First, as community service i would have picked the glaxx cuz cannot be jumped with archon.
Second, imo a judgment day woud have been much better!
Since being the active player, is was ur choice what SC brings back

Judgment Day would have let open field to Archon, Vir and Untargetable Mech
Yeah I have no option against Tech III, especially Ebbflow Archon. What is more my Tech II is destroyed, so I can’t play invisible units !

Glaxx would have been better for my board, but removing Ultralisk from his hand was tempting too…

Maybe I’d have better to just spam units and heroes ? Second Chance gives the Opportunity to Archon to blast the whole board anyway, IMO the game is done there

Definitely a tough choice between Glaxx and Golgort. By the way, I’m assuming I get the Yesterday’s Golgort back to my discard after killing him. Unless you can pull off some Ultimate Magic craziness this turn, I think it’s over.

I’m afraid you can’t target Archon before Spectral Flagbearer but yeah it doesn’t change a lot the state of the game :stuck_out_tongue:
I’ll just concede there, GG !

Thanks for the game, this one was really crazy :open_mouth:
Archon when Dreamscape was on was really great, as you had the Tech Lab Future I was really surprised by it ! Yeah I’m Flagstone Dominion and I got manipulated by some diversion, shame on me ! :stuck_out_tongue:

I think I was a bit too worried about puting tons of units on the table, and I forgot that it’s attacking the Base that makes win the game !

If you want a rematch, I’m ok ! I’d love to try [Ninjutsu]/Anarchy/Demonology some day (inspired by @ARMed_PIrate’s [Truth]/Anarchy/Demonology deck, I love this player’s playstyle, IMO he’s the Takemiya Masaki of Codex).

Well, I did have the Future Tech III (Nebula) as well, but I didn’t get a chance to play it because you ganked my Tech Lab. I actually had both Tech III in the same hand anyway, so I probably wouldn’t have been able to play them both.

I’m up for a rematch, but I’m going to wait a couple of days until I’m home from travelling. Things will be easier (and I’ll make less stupid errors) if I actually have the cards in front of me…

Who the heck is Takemiya Masaki?

He is a professionnal go player who wins games by doing crazy things.
Go has been documented with tons of strategy books during hundreds of years, and he just does the exact opposite. And still wins :stuck_out_tongue:
For example, corners are often considered to be the main places to focus on to grab points, and he goes for the center as soon as turn 3 !

Ok, just say me when you’re available

Hah! I’ll say that there’s a big difference: namely, I do crazy stuff and almost always lose. But I appreciate the compliment!

I’m back if you’re still up for a rematch. I think I’ll go mono-White. My random roll was 85. @Castanietzsche

Oh nice :smile_cat:
I changed my mind about the deck, I’d rather go [Demonology]/Anarchy/Strength ! Random.org 75
