Well, there is a change, no Black Starter, or even Hooded Executioner! Should make for an interesting game The only theoretical mass removal is Maximum Anarchy and Spreading Plague. And then there are the 3 growth specs…

If you do anything that effects another player, tag them with the action .
Ex: deteriorate @person aged sensei
Also tag the player whose turn is next in your post.
Some friendly reminders for FFA:
-You can heal your base for 3 gold per 1 damage. No limit
-Whenever you kill an enemy unit on your turn, you get 1 free gold, up to 3 maximum.
-You can lend patrollers to other players and they will return to you at the beginning of that player’s upkeep. Any Scavenger / Technician bonuses go to the player who lent the patroller, not the player attacked.
-P3 gets 5 workers and a neutral 1/1 mercenary (tech 0) during their first upkeep
-P4 gets 5 workers and 2 1/1 mercs
-P5 gets 5 workers and 3 1/1 mercs

Thoughts
From previous FFA experiences, the best strategy for the format theoretically is to be passive early game and discourage easy attacks/gold gain with defensive units (Boulder, Glaxx), have a robust and resilient midgame without being too overtly threatening (Mantis, Pass), and a sudden and explosive endgame capable of winning in a single turn with burst damage (Dinosize, Barbarbarian, Oathkeeper). But plans tend to burn up in FFAs spectacularly. If everything goes to hell I could always try to pull off Double Time.

Thoughts
Keep with the plan. Hope Rook doesn’t fall over and die. Chumps would get killed either way so putting him in Elite seemed a stronger disincentive than putting him in the backlines.

Abom/Gorgon seem like good deterrents, plus a little extra draw. I want to haste a Plague Lord oh so bad. Everything gets -2/-2, and if I get away with it, universal base damage!

If zhavier holds the vendetta then Rook is dead regardless, might as well patrol to minimize damage. Keep going the defensive route, probably teching Morningstar Pass and Bird’s Nest next.
