GG. I’m starting to think that choosing my specs to compliment my starter isn’t the strongest approach.

You had me very worried during that match, I had to delay my tech 2 and tech 3 there could have been very bad if I hadn’t pulled out stampede, assuming it wasnt a bluff

I will also say mystarter and heroes are particularly good against truth and to a lesser extent necromancy. In both matches you didnt even really touch garth, which is odd cause nether drain and free speech are so good at dealing with zane and rook usually. Of course your main game plan was midbandori, which tends to cause problems with getting out another hero.

I also realized during the first match that you had nothing that could patrol that cost more than 2, so thunderclap would be oppressive.

Free Speech was usually blocked by your Newsman, so that was out. Nether Drain would have been useful for taking down Rook, and for getting Midori ramped up, but I was too focused on deploying lots of units with no abilities to magnify the value of Midori’s midband to want to tech spells if I didn’t have to. It turned out to be a big mistake, though, with how effectively Strength could tear through those units.
