also, the card count didn’t match. You started with 4 cards, but work+spiral+fargo is 3 cards.4-3=1 yet you disc 2 and draw 4.

I didn´t play any worker. I thought it is clear because I didn´t substract any money. Next time I will explicitly write: “No worker”.

Thoughts

There’s a serious danger now that Unity can get Octavian on the board. I think I need to threaten maxband Grave, to make use of it having no resist. Midband Grave this turn lets me maxband and play Plague Lord next turn. That leaves me 6 gold to play some mixture of Orpal and up to two cards from hand. I think I kill Tricycloid with Abomination to prevent Temporal Distortion, so ideally I need 3-attack patrollers to deal with the rest of Unity’s board. I can get Plague Spitter and Orpal to 2 attack, to kill anything apart from Vir. Close enough.

Writing “no worker” is really helpful when you haven’t hit 10 workers yet. The problem here is that you wrote “worker” in your turn summary, just with no gold subtracted for it.

If Orpal deals damage on the Elite spot the extra damage is also done in form of a -1/-1 rune, right?

O.k. Not superbad anymore. Now Forgotten Fighter comes in quite handy. And maybe there is even a use for Time Spiral… Interesting, but hand gets quite small again… The way is free for his Abomination. Now it depends on what he destroys and what I draw… I could let Geiger patrol: but my next card is Now! and my Mech will be ready. Besides I can float the 2 gold and I desperately need it - I have to take the gamble.

Thoughts

Yuck. This turn is Plague Lord + Vandy + Soul Stone. But who do I put the Soul Stone on, and which Tech building does Abomination destroy?

  1. Destroy Tech III. I need to prepare for damage out of hand + Geiger spells – I can only confirm a Tricycloid as in the discard – or a hasted Immortal so Plague Lord probably needs the Soul Stone.
  2. Destroy Tech II. Worst case, I face a Now!'d Octavian instead. That’s 7 attack against a 6+A Plague Lord, so the Lord needs the Soul Stone here too.

I think I’d rather face an Octavian than an Immortal, since I can at least kill it. I’ll either draw Sacrifice the Weak or be able to Dark Pact for it, or fetch a second Soul Stone for Abomination to take it down if it’s sitting in front of smaller units. No Tricycloids to snipe Vandy in the meantime, this way.

nope. Mech was still forecasted, and the effect frm pague lord happens only in unity’s turn.
