I didn’t notice earlier, but the tower actually starts with 4 hp, not 5, just FYI.

Right, good catch. I should know that - corrected!

The Anti Air Ferocity Water Elemental means that he gets to deal his damage before the birds do, even if they aren’t attacking him, because he is in SQL and they are flying over him.

ahhh i see, my mistake. please see the corrected turn. Birds do not attack. Extra summons kill IPN which goes to discard

A thorough thrashing - GG! Thanks for the games. Any critiques or advice for white’s gameplan in this MU?

Morningstar was a good play, it meant I couldnt effectively use my runes or rampant growth or any Arg spells until I got rid of him. I would say make more use of your heroes in general. Speed of the Fox could have been a really good surprise, or just avoiding my ferociousness with invis or stealth in general. Basilisk vs Boulder, Basilisk always wins, so its important to find better trades there. If I hadn’t gotten out Blooming Elm, Rambasa twins would have been really good vs Basilisk. I would suggest not teching both IPN and Rambasa, as they are counter synergistic. Bird’s Nest is very good vs green, if you get it out early while Arg can’t get out or while Arg is too expensive to get out with the water elemental. Even with a water elemental, early the birds can deal with the elemental decently well, mainly using sensai’s advice. Sacrifical heroes are a totally legit strategy, but that basically comes down to guessing what units Im going to use to attack and whether they will be buffed to do crazy thing or not.

Otherwise, Green’s whole game is to put out lots of things. Letting me keep things on the board means my deck cycles faster and I get to make the trades I want to make. You made very little use of safe attacking so it may have been a better worker than something like sensai’s which I kept expecting you to use. White’s abilities tend to allow far more strategic strikes than green can genearlly handle until it gets some overpower active, and even then chump blockers or sacrificial heroes can make overpower less useful.

Awesome, thanks again Zhavier. I appreciate the advice/critique. Hope to play you again in the future!

I hope I wasn’t too hard on you, I hope we play again

No no, this is exactly what I need. Only way to get better is to get beatings haha.

You should of seen how many beatings I got from mooseknuckles on the old forum before I started to figure things out. Though I was pretty proud of my mirrors vs his glorious ninjas…

Interesting… wish I could have seen those games…
