okay, midand grave saves me from some of the antics of black starter, and scav allows me to drop bloodburn, super good value for rest of gam against black.

if he trades into me, that means i can drop a 2 cost gold unit, and tech up next turn. ideally, it would be scribe, but tax collector might actually be better given i wouldnt be able to afford a second card from my hand anyways, hence wasting the scribe ability. but tax collectors would be wasted regardless if no float, so… honestly, the most ‘vaue’ might be crash bmbers since their ability is the only ill actually be able to use. however, i think i like the idea of having scribe long term, plus, 1/3 will hold longer as a wall.

Question on a procedure. If I Maxband Garth, he has the ability to put a unit from discard into play. My discard is empty at the moment, but I would tech 2 cards commencing my turn (those 2 cards would be in my discard pile before I maxed him). How do I put the card into play even though it hasn’t gone from the Tech slot to my discard? Does it even matter? I mean, would I just type the card into my hand that would have been teched, and then just have one teched card when I hit the discard/draw button?

you would tech only one card into the sheet, and then note garth’s maxband in your steps, and just place the other unit directly to the field.

you can then just manually edit the output sheet to say ‘teched 2’ cards. that, plus your notes per your steps, will cover the details. make sense?
