I’m going to put some early pressure on with Cal. Tech huntress and behind the ferns. Probably tech another huntress since purple is a flying centric deck. But for now let’s behind the ferns and hope I can sneak a clutch pickoff

Going down hard on cards but I think it’s worth it. Forests favor stays relevant in future turns and Calamandra is beefy now. Hoping this gives me enough control to get tech 2 out asap
Will do my turn tomorrow, spent a lot of time yesterday trying to figure out whether there was any way of preventing that specific play you just made. There didn’t appear to be one.
I guess it remains to be seen whether there’s a way out of this.
Ahhh, getting a hero sniped is one of the best learning moments in Codex. I’m not super great at Codex, but I will say that I think the 2g you spent on Geiger (for mid-band) would have been better off as just being floated instead. While that does make it easier for him to kill Geiger with Cal - he can just mid-band her and discard 2 cards, that gives you more leverage. Another option would have been to patrol him (again without mid-banding). In that scenario you are forcing him to deal with your SL Fading Argonaut or to discard 2 cards AND give you a card. Quite a deal for you. Another option would be to put Geiger in Elite which would bump his ATK. Of course if you are patrolling Geiger you aren’t attacking the Wisp, but either of your other units could have done that just as well.
2 patrollers + midbanding was the path which maximised the amount of resources UV had to use to kill Max. Midbanding forced the buff as well as the discard.
I’m not saying my line was right, but Max was gonna die to a buff spell plus attacks (either aided by panda or cal’s stealth) no matter what I did. Just tried to make it messy.
Don’t forget to keep track of your tech buildings health on the right side of the spreadsheet. Currently you show just a base for buildings

Easy tech 2 break and ample defense. The question is what to do with the last 2 gold. I guess I will float it, but it likely means I float for 2 turns. Weird situation having a surplus of money, but card counts is high priority
Fading Argonaut was killed by me, so you got 1g. Does this change you turn?
There’s the ability on computer to backtrack the spreadsheet. I play from mobile though so if you want to rewind and don’t know how just say so and someone will help out

Dang, he cleared my board. That’s not good. But I still have a great lineup for next turn. Goal here is to get him to give me one more money and maximize the chance ancient lives
