Yeah, present tech 2 is too hard to compete with for green tech 2 options I think. Tech 3 seemed more reliable, and getting he perfect split with potent basilisk really helped get me there.
It seems like green ba purple, player 2 has a little advantage to rush their strong tech 2 choice. Let’s see if I can break that cycle

Different route this game, trying to manipulate time runes. I want a fading argonaut and plasmodium out there so going down a card is not a big deal
Yeah… re: Player 2 feeling stronger, we’ve both had a hard time putting on meaningful early-mid game pressure. It feels like I should have pushed harder to do that as P1, but I’m finding it hard for Purple starter / Tech 1 to punch through, as it’s not very aggressive in its options and the heroes are not helpful in that respect. Would like to understand how better P1 Purple players approach the problem. Maybe the solution is just to mix colors, IDK… or have some explosion of pressure at Tech 2 that prevents Tech 3 from happening? I haven’t figured out how to make Present do that yet
