too much damage to summon a hero, especially with forgoten fighter. Flood the board with 1 drops and hope I get a good return on investment, but either way I’m probably losing on board. Teching a crash bomber so that If I draw both tech I’s I can play both.

My weak units learn they can attack with something other then thier face (safe attacking). This has been an eye opening experience for them since they can now open their eyes while attacking. - ($5)
Aged Sensei preaches the virtue of swoleness to Fox Primus, again. They swear it’s nothing weird.
Rook to midband. Can’t have a Fox out swole the Rock. - ($1)
Fox Primus attacks spectral hound with his face but with his eyes open! This gamble nearly works, but alas, while he valiently slew the hound his own life was forfit. The Aged Sensei sits stoically in the back, quietly clenching his fists.
Gilded Glaxx just does his job and kills neo plexus. A card escapes but he isn’t paid enough to deal with that.
Smoker kicks your tech II for 1. Your tech II is not impressed and would laugh if it could.
Rook stroles past a lone mox and smashes your tech II down to 1hp. Your tech II would not laugh at this if it could.

I hhmmed and hawwed quite a bit until I realised; he doesn’t have enough gold to break my Crash Bomber AND play a hyperion(or other tech II unit, but people always play hyperions) going down on cards is actually kinda good since I can’t early draw my Hives now.

Rook also busts out the ol’ grappling hook and puts the Hyperion on lookout duty
Aged Sensei smashes mirror with maybe more force then is necessary, but nobody says a word.
Gilded Glaxx earns a paycheck by caving in some politicians skull. Today is a good day. Rook heartily agrees.
Rook to maxband. A single tear nearly escapes the corner of Aged Sensei’s eye - ($2)
Crash bomber overenthusiastically explodes all over the Hyperions face making everyone a little uncomfortable. A stray explosion sails overhead and blows up your Tech II. He did his best.
Rook charges past a distracted hyperion trying to clean itself and smashes your tech I into rubble.
Summon Crash Bomber. He is a little disoriented but takes his place on the line. He spots a distress Hyperion and licks his lips in anticipation. He is going to do his best! - ($1)

I could earthquake, but then my hand still sucks and it doesn’t do much besides setup a tech I kill with the second earthquake. Maybe, depending on the board, I could get a full tech building clear again, but I don’t think I can be so certain Rook will be alive. At least this way I’ll have at least 4 cards instead of 2 next turn.

I’m about to take a beating. If he doesn’t have an easy way to deal with rook then I might be alright. Went for tech instead of earthquake(again) so that he has a harder time shutting me down. Hive should be fine unless he has Undo, but lookout means it’ll cost him 7 gold for that. Origin story/free speech + Mirrored Hyperion could be GG

God, so many trap plays here. I think this is best since he can no longer use either Prynn or Geiger, but mirrored hyperions/ free speech could still be incoming. I tried so hard(and got so far) to justifie using earthquake or void star.
This was delayed a bit thanks to mothers day, I hope you don’t mind.

Diversifying into tech III pays out. Swapped bloodlust onto top of the deck instead of snapback because bloodlust can pop illusions and combos harder with void star. It doesn’t show up on the sheet very well, but the top deck card was Smoker.
"
I do believe my Crash Bomber is untargetable, but attackable right now thanks to Nebula invisibility.
oh right. nore could I peek. Thankfully it doesn’t change this turn(except some floated gold) since I only used it to try and optimize my next turn. the top card I peeked was Smoker
