Think I’ll be the one on defence this game. Teching a Centaur and Taxman. Will have the $s to play both and build a Tower on T3/4, then try to make trades expensive for him.
Teching Ferocity (take advantage if boards continue to grow) and Chaos Mirror (anticipating large stat units from both of us eg Bears, Hyperions/Immortals, Void Stars?)

Stewardess trades with Taxman
Teching Doom Grasp for unit removal and a second Taxman for anti-air. Have to worry about Void Stars hasted by Now! If that happens this turn, free hero levels from killing Vir/Geiger may get me max Garth -> Executioner -> boost to kill the Void Star.
Yeah, I kept ending up teching Hives against you has present to deal with Gunships, why not just go future in the first place?

Tempting alternative line:
Zane to max, shove Geiger to lookout
Chaos Mirror Wisp with Void Star
Zane and Cal kill Vir and Geiger
Wisp breaks Tech 2
Bear breaks Tech 1
worker
He plays Prynn; Void Star kills Cal, Prynn maxes and banishes Bear, plays a Tech0 unit, worker, rebuilds Tech1, floats $2. I’m left with 4/1 Zane vs his max Prynn and Void Star. He has another turn before he can play Tech2s again, but his Void Star would continue to do damage and/or cost to remove.

Tech 2 card(s)
Get Paid - ($9)
Worker - ($8)
Zane - ($6)
Chaos Mirror, swap atk of Wisp and Void Star - ($4)
Zane suicides into Geiger, Vir to lvl 3
Garth - ($2)
Bear kills Geiger, overpower kills Vir, Garth to lvl 5, you gain $1
Garth to max, summon Taxman from discard - ($0)
Wisp breaks your Tech 2, Base to 18HP
Cal deals 3dmg to your Tech 1
I can break both his Tech 1+2 (last Thoughts post), though that leaves me behind on board and with his Void Star unopposed. So prefer this, which leaves me a somewhat stronger board and anti-air Taxman in patrol (though it can be banished by Prynn). Either way, he will be getting great value from his Void Star by the time I’m able to get rid of it.
Good call on the Tech 3, but this would suggest taxman doesn’t hit void star? (sharpobject didn’t respond, so I can ask it again and see if he responds officially if you want.
Think you’re right about the anti-air, hadn’t thought that through when setting the patrol (should have put Taxman in SQL and/or Garth behind patrol, pretty dumb!)
