I think I need to re-evaluate my approach to the early game with red. My instinct is always to try and attack but its starter deck isn’t especially well suited for it until the first cycle of cards. It doesn’t feel great at blocking either but at least it CAN block, which I think I do a little too little of right now in any early game plays I have been making. GG again.

I find red to be kind of tricky. I’m not great at playing aggressive decks, which is why I’ve been poking around with them a bit lately.

The first two turns this game really hurt you. On turn 1 it would have been much more difficult for me if you had patrolled the Ogre in lookout. As the neutral starter (and without Zane), the only ways I had to kill it involved me targetting it with a spell. On turn 2 you could have suicided Zane, then played Jaina or Drakk while the Ogre trades with my Jaina, since my Jaina wouldn’t have healed from the Zane suicide. I definitely should have played River on turn 1 for that reason.
