I’m finding this open difficult to play as P1 – between worrying about Grapping Hook., Rook patrol bypass and Fargo fading away.

I’m losing Fargo to Rook if he has Grappling Hook. Also in danger of midband Rook just sitting in SQL forcing Fargo to fade away – though maybe he won’t do in case of Battle Suits + Nullcraft.
Expecting he’s going to an early Ninja Tech2, seems a good matchup for him against Present. Porcupines shut down Hyperions, I can’t patrol expensive units like Immortals in case of Entangling Vines, so left with Tricycloids to drop runes beyond his blocker, not so exciting. So giving Past another try for cheap units with enough HP in SQL to stand up to a Glorious Ninja, and a great Tech3 option if I can get there. Teching a Seer and Golgort, will need Undo in the deck soon. For this turn keeping Argonaut behind the lines to avoid Vines.
Here’s hoping to draw GN. Not quite sure about a win condition yet. Just force him to make hard trades for now, try and keep prynn off the field from origin story, i think tech lab into lightning dragons would be best.

I’m going to be the one defending here, so will at least be picking up scav/tech bonuses. For now hoping that he didn’t draw a Glorious Ninja.
Teching a second Golgort and Undo. And feeling a bit dumb that my first 2 workers were Time Spiral and Tinkerer, given I’ve ended up going with Past.
Rather than play the Golgorts in hand, think I’m better maxing Prynn and using banish ability – keeps Mox on the board another turn, and maybe I’ll get the chance for a Rewind.
Edit: Kind of wishing I’d gone for Present rather than – Tricycloids are a pretty good way to deal with Glorious Ninjas.
