Thoughts

This is a gamble, but without being able to leverage Martial Mastery, I don’t know the best way to defend. Community Service is probably my safest bet at reducing the danger, as it’s more flexible than blindly disabling a tech building. Since he didn’t play a Tech II card last turn, it’s safe to assume there isn’t one in his discard, and more than likely there is in his hand, and reducing his hand size is an extra bonus.
