That definitely looks like a set up for Rewind, so let’s nip it in the bud. Lucky I have Shadow Blade to help punch through, pity I can’t afford Banefire alongside it
Nekoatl’s expensive Origin Story might’ve been a misplay, considering I can re-maxband Vandy for less gold than was spent beching her. A tower probably would’ve made for a better answer to Meta, and I’m certainly expecting one next turn. That would still leave enough for a Drill Sergeant, 2 Seers to bring the Knights on board, a Stewardess to bounce my Flagbearer, and of course the Cadets. All of which won’t be enough to stop me if I draw Meta + Shrine.

Thoughts

Past is interesting. I’m gonna try to dig for something that would let me punch through these guys, but I might end up just teching up.

Didn’t get my River spells, so no point attacking. I’ll just stuff my patrol with weenies and tech up. I’ll try Demonology again, maybe Quince will help me get some use out of those big guys.

Maybe I should’ve gone for Truth instead, specifically Dreamscape and Macciatus. That would counter Rememberer+Seer plays, and let me get good value out of my huge army of weenies. Well, there’s always next time.
