I kinda need IPN to survive early game. Probably build a tower next turn as well, that’s another way to deal with Gargoyle I suppose… I feel bad sets is kinda a liability now, but at least she costs money to attack… I can always bloom her too.

Deterrent on two fronts for the Gargoyle: one for the Tower and two for Sets being a little buffer. Mortgaging cards for it but I have options: I can tech up to ducks or hotter fire, I can pull a Sets max if I can find a Vandy kill. It looks a bit grim but it’s all doable!

Well looks like it’s gonna be “turtle for ducks”. Hopefully I can pull that off, though I’m not super confident! Meta is a real threat. Grabbing an eggship (to stall the gargoyle) and Rhino (to stall the meta-ness), and taking the card for my doomed IPN

Well Wither stalls the gargoyle pretty well, guess I won’t be using Eggship right this minute… I still suspect Meta is what’s happening (especially with him breaking the tower), so I’ll rebuild the tower and hope for the best. Obviously Fire Dart isn’t going to work out so great, and neither is Lobber, but the Rhino might help buy me enough time to get stuff figured out…

Hopefully maxed out troq here serves as decent bait to threaten Final Smash, b/c all I want to do is keep my te ch 2 alive so I can go to tech 3 and get these ducks down. Removing the threat of meta’d Rook is huge though, and in order to kill Troq he’d need to give up Rook’s extra life, which bodes well for me

Well, that technician draw was not ideal (Hidden Ninja isn’t of supreme help right this minute, I could break his tech 2 but that doesn’t do me a load of good). I think instead the right move is to try and lay a tech 3 down next turn, hoping it survives (it ought to? rhino is thicc, can’t StW it AND a Duck
