Wasn’t sure what Martial Mastery would produce, so I didn’t count on getting a Tech I up this turn when making my tech choices. But my opponent doesn’t know that. Was very surprised to see Lich’s Bargain in hand with Calamandra in play and no Heroes Hall. Maybe she was meant to die? In any case, I’m glad I picked Argagarg as her replacement.

So close, and yet so far. At least I can do a lot of damage. Taking out the Skeleton instead of the Zombie in case Garth midbands and tries to dig for something nasty like, say, Doom Grasp, for example.
dude, this is huge. grave has 2 dmg, jaina has 2 attack. sensei only gives 1 armor. they would trade, grave does not midb here.

Thoughts
Target locked on Building Inspector. No upgrade removal, deploying upgrade. The question is, will he spend $4 to pump Onimaru and secure a kill without a trade? If he does, he can’t worker and build a Tech I next turn, but if he techs in spells it wouldn’t be a bad play. If not for Snapback, I’d be rather frightened of early Art of War spam. Well, there’s still a lot of ways this could go wrong, but I think this is my best bet.

This, I was not expecting. I guess he’s planning to use the Aven to kill Jaina; not a bad plan. The Musketeer is surprisingly threatening as well, threatening 1 damage and avoiding a solo kill from Jaina both on attack and on defense. The real question is which cards he teched, as Both Boot Camp and Elite Training don’t jive well with either Spectral Aven or Bluecoat Musketeer.
