Think I should go Discipline in this game, as Mind Parry Monk will be good against Truth and Law spells. For now will open with Rook, and likely try to maxband in the first 3 turns.

GG! I concede. I donā€™t see myself coming back from this, maybe if I did some other tech choices early on, but I wanted to try a discard heavy opening to see how it fared. I feel there can be improvements on my build, if in my turn 2 played quince and built a Heroes hall instead, I could have possibly gone a different route. Had I done Community Service as my first ā€œdiscardā€ spell, I would have been able to steal your Ninja instead of just having you discard the Safe attacking, which in hindsight is something I could try to go for. But Rook is just so scary, that playing any hero without more than 1 patroller is hard.

GG, thanks. Decks with Rook are quite resilient to early discard, as you can just sink $s into levelling up ā€“ especially as P2 as you have the resources. Was also hard for you to get back after losing Jandra early, Maybe playing Javelineer in scavenger + a hero would have a safer T2 play against Whiteā€™s combat tricks. I havenā€™t played as Blue, but imagine that Community Service is better teched later on, as the 5 cost canā€™t be be justified while there are at best Tech 1 units to steal.
