Thoughts
I considered playing more aggressive and just level Rook to keep him safe, but no Tech I probably means he teched spells and Elite Training + Maxlvl Onimaru can deal 6 damage. Now he would have to pull off Arrest + Boot Camp in order to kill Rook, which costs him more cards and leaves me with an actual board. I’m not really afraid of Art Of War thanks to snapback and he doesn’t need to know I don’t have it in my hand for next turn. (btw Snapback would also have been huge this turn, but not in my hand)

I think the Tower should make good trades for him impossible this turn, however, I have no clue how to deal with the Garrison on the horizon. (Probably hope I get to have a good Ninja combo in Hand?)

Yeah I don’t think I have any answer to that - that is the problem with Peace: You fall behind because you can’t deal with Onimaru early game and then have no answer to Garrison.
